Review:
I don’t really know how to describe this graphic novel. It’s not exactly an emotional roller coaster with a lot of intrinsic world building and character development. You’re thrown into a world where these characters already exist as a team, and they clearly mean something to each other. There’s not a lot of backstory given.

This book, this volume at least, is loud and rambunctious and raunchy and fun. If I had to make a final decision based solely on this first volume: I’d love the series. I absolutely cannot wait to read the other volumes in hopes of them living up to this book.

I don’t need deep stories with amazing characters. I loved these characters. I loved that everyone had their own things going on, but that they seemed to get each other. I love the world that these characters exist in.

Here's hoping the other volumes hold up!
