Thank you so much to TBR and Beyond Tours for allowing me to take part in this tour for I Will Never Leave You. Recently I've been wanting to get into creepier/more thrilling books and this seemed like a great place to dive right in. The cover didn't appear too thrilling, but the summary felt haunting.

Review:
This was an...interesting book to read. I don't mean that in a bad way, just that it feels like a hard book for me to read and review.
I wasn't immediately drawn into the book, but I was interested in it. Despite not wanting to constantly read it, it was always at the book of my head and something still compelled me to keep picking it up and reading it.
I thought the writing in this book was fantastic! Kara did a great job at building up the atmosphere of this book, while not losing any of the seriousness. Sometimes a book can try too hard that you just...don't believe it anymore. The author managed to find that line and not cross it.
The emotions in this book were written phenomenally. It was stunning. The main character had so much that she had to go through and unpack and you truly felt the weight of that on her shoulders. It was just very well-done!!!
