GHOSTER HEIGHTSby Corey Landsell, Kelly Mellings, & Lisa Larose (Illustrator)
- I found that this book was absolutely brillant! It was filled with a great sense of love and healing. The main character cared so much and it was such a pure journey to watch as she healed herself.
Hello, My Name is Poop
- This book isn't quite for me, just a tad too poop-related for me to truly love it. But the artwork was really good and I honestly think the book had a truly good message.
Kenzie's Kingdom
- This book wasn't what I was expecting it to be. I was expecting a romance in all honesty, not a family learning to bond together and a sister learning how truly important and loved she is.
Poiko Quests & Stuff
- I adore this book. It's full of cute characters and a sweet story that just warms the heart. A great read for anyone just wanting something quick and nice.
The Brother's Flick
- I loved this book more than I was expecting to!! I figured I'd like it, but something about the heart and love in this book mixed with the magical nature of each chapter just stole my heart. I love this book so deeply and I would love this to be a series and for me to read future books.
The Unfinished Corner
- Beautifully drawn and with a great storyline, I truly enjoyed this story. I really loved it and thought that it was an excellent adventure.
Verse series
- These two books were a lot of fun and I am so glad that I was able to read them. They are beautifully drawn and the colors stole my heart when I was reading them. It was a great book and a great story.
Wrassle Castle series
- A series that I was hesitant about at first. I wasn't positive how to feel about it at first but it slowly stole my heart. I loved the colors and the art and the characters. I thought it was a great series and I enjoyed being able to read it.

I am so excited for today's interview! I've read a couple of this author's books and I found them to be interesting with a great butch/femme dynamic. Tiffany E. Taylor writes a few different types of books but I am enthralled by her romantic suspense series, Whimsical Dreams.
If you're interested in how she celebrates after writing a book, her cooments on the butch/femme dynamic and those identities in her book, and where the idea for the Whimsical Dreams series came from. At the end of the interview you can find links to follow Tiffany E. Taylor as well as links to buy her books.
I am so very excited to be talking to Margherita Scialla, author of Tears in the Water! Tears in the Water releases January 17th and I highly recommend that people check it out. It was such a great read and I personally loved it. I found Alex to be a highly relatable character and Alex just stole my heart.
Join Margherita and I as we discuss their newest book! This includes where the idea and title for the book came from, some of the scenes that were rough to write, and what else they currently have in the works. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and talking with Margherita and I am eagerly anticipating the next book of theirs that I can read whether it's an upcoming title or one they already have out.
I am beyond thrilled to be hosting another author interview!! This time with K. Aten, a name you might be familiar with if you've spent any amount of time browsing lesbian fiction books. She is an award-winning author of several novels. She recently released The Last Scion of Ra, a science fiction book that also marks her 14th published book.
Join Kelly and I as we discuss how The Last Scion of Ra came to be, how she does world-building, and what books she'd recommend to other people! Make sure to check the end of the post for all the links to follow Kelly as she continues her writing journey as well as find out where you can purchase her books.
